<p><strong>Humidification Plant</strong> : Textile factories need optimum working temperature and humidity inside the plant for proper material processing and working performance. This requires air handling systems which need a number of fans to be installed of various capacities. In air handling or humidification system mainly axial type of fans are used. Fans are also used to dissipate the enormous amounts of heat generated by the machinery and with more electronic components and running at very high speeds, quick heat dissipation is a prime requirement.</p>
<p><strong>Material Handling</strong> : The industry uses fans for various applications including drum filters and process related fans and blowers. Fans are used right from fibre opening to transport of fibres in opening line to collection of waste fibres at various stages of operation as detailed below.</p>
<p><strong>Waste Collection :</strong> Fans are used in various stages to collect waste in textile spinning.</p>

<p><strong>Air Flow Drying and Steam Flow</strong> : Fans are also required in processing of grey fabrics for high temperature, pressurized steam handling, different chemicals &amp; fluid transport etc.   Fans conveying high pressure and high temperature fluids containing the right proportions of air, water and additives guarantee a proper treatment to give to yarn or fabric volume, dimensional stability, softening and elasticity.</p>

<p>Ferrari  fans are extensively used in the paint shop industry due to their reliability. The down time of modern paint shops is very sensitive as they are part of automated production lines. Painting of cars and automobiles are fully dependent on the environment and ventilation provided by the system. Unless the fans are performing up to the requirements it will be very difficult to balance the system. Lower noise levels also play a vital role in this application.</p>

Food processing industry allows us to recommend solutions to meet the specific aspiration or air handling or process related requirements. Reliability and resistance are basic requirements for the fans used in this sector, given the continuity of the production cycles.</p>
<p><strong>Processing : </strong>One of most wide spread used of industrial fans is cooking fumes suction. They can be applied directly on ovens or in complete filtration systems. In some cases hot air temperature and the presence of not very clean air with oxidative elements must be taken into consideration for the right choice of the most appropriate model of fan. Fans are also needed in d<strong>rying, dehydrating and aging techniques of food processing. </strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Grain Dryers : </strong> Industrial fans for low pressure air flow with high energy efficiency find application for the regulation of the product humidity level as part of conditioning treatment to  improve the extraction rate of flour. Industrial fans are widely used with continuous flow dryers for grains and oleaginous seeds. In this application industrial fans direct air on the manufactured product to obtain uniformity of the drying process.</p>
<p><strong>Grain and Rice Milling </strong>: The grinding phase has the greatest importance in the cereals processing chain, producing flours for human and animal nutrition, by handling residual products and producing derivatives. <strong>M</strong>any manufacturing processes for food industry use fans for pneumatic conveying to transport raw materials, grains, sugar, flour, powders or granular materials. Storages and silos that need humidity and temperature control require fans too. At the end of the production processes, high pressure fans and blowers work with airslides and they may provide the vacuum for the packaging. Fan are also needed for sugar and malt production processes. In grain production plants, vacuum systems for mechanical draught are needed for transportation of raw materials and finished products. High pressure fans are mandatory for mechanical draught and pneumatic conveying of grains and wheat in feed mills.</p>

<p><strong>Bag Filter application</strong>: Every dust, fume or mist collection system needs fans to move the contaminated air through the filter for cleaning.Reverse air baghouses are compartmentalized so bags can be cleaned off-line by stopping the dirty gas flow and backwashing the compartment with low pressure air from a separate fan.</p>
<p><strong>Filtration</strong>: for the extraction and filtration of contaminants in the chemical, plastics, cement, pharmaceutical, and food industries where small portable smoke and dust collectors, suitable for intermittent operation, and centralized collection and filtration systems for medium to high airflow applications are used.</p>
<p><strong>ATEX fans</strong> used in these products are generally located downstream of the ATEX filters so that they are not exposed to contaminated airflow. Stainless steel construction is available for food and pharmaceutical applications.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The glass industry comprises a wide range of products which determine production processes. From the selection of raw materials and recycling, through the melting and moulding stages, to tempering, different processes and production methods are implemented many of which require fans.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><strong>Casting, cooling and tempering : </strong> Gas-fired furnaces require a continuous supply of combustion air for the furnace’s kiln during moulding. Industrial fans are employed for the combustion process and they handle room-temperature air creating a positive pressure for the burner (kiln). After thermal heating (furnace) the glass is tempered through a quick cooling. The quantity and required air pressure depends on the thickness. Industrial fans provide a specific cold air flow uniformly blown to cool and temper.</p>
<p><strong>Pneumatic conveying, charging of raw materials and vacuum systems</strong> are other processes that need fans.</p>
